It appears that the SGS3 will cost $200 for a model with 16 GB internal memory, and $250 for a 32 GB model. Is it worth it to pay the extra $50 and get the extra 16 GB?
I don't know if it will come with an SD card--and in any case, I have a 16 GB card with my Droid X that I can use.

Have u ever filled up 16gb on your phone? And if u have a 16gb card that's 32gb which unless u have about 10,000 songs and 100 movies your downloading should be plenty enough. I have a 16gb RAZR and a 16gb SD card. Between the 2 I have about 10gb of free space that's with about 10 movies downloaded and about 1,000 songs 300 photos and around 10-15 videos maybe equaling 30-45 minutes all the pics/vids are in the highest resolution. So u would need quite a bit of stuff to fill up 32gb. If all else fails get a 32gb card and have 48gb of storage

I'm not sure if it comes with an SD card but it can't take up to a 32gig card.

Truly, I'm currently using less than 600 MB of the Droid X's 8 GB internal memory, and less than 800 MB of the 16 GB card...and that's after a year and a half! I don't download movies because I prefer TV screens for that. I have about 100 songs and 100 photos right now. I may explore new music in the future, and replace my standalone digital camera with the SGS3, so those numbers will change. However, I suspect you're right... that 16 internal and 16 on a card will be plenty for me--and I can always expand to the 32 card if necessary. Thanks!

Ya I have no digital camera or camcorder and no iPod or music player. So my phone is my iPod/camera/cellphone/ and I've only used around 20 gigs of space which is probly alot more then most ppl. Especially with Netflix and Pandora/slacker radio alot of ppl don't even download music or movies because u can stream thwm
