I haven't been able to get in since last night. Judging by the number of comments on the update and people posting their friend codes on the market today, I'm guessing it isn't down for everyone though. Possibly a Droid 2.0 problem?

*Edit* Does anyone know where a site that kinda helps u figure this out? i did a few jobs and energy is gone and i see it takes quite some time to come back... is there anything to do while waiting? or a way to get more energy?
