There are some things the reps just aren't able to do. If its a corporate store, try to talk to a manager because they are the only ones who can move a date as far as you are trying to do it.

The CS reps over the phone are actually more able to offer help. Just be prepared to be on the phone for a couple hours and do NOT be rude to them at all.

Ok like all the retail reps have treated me like crap even throwing the phone at me and then trying to sell me a d2 for like 60$ I couldn't take it cause it was a matter of principle....I have so many complaints lined up its ridiculous all true too....I'm goin in and when I get this upgrade ill keep you guys up to date on what happens
