Holding up very well since early Dec. and I've dropped it, stepped on it on concrete! Probably saved some of that paint job and the screen from scratching. Highly reccommend it. Also, the screen is a lot esay to use (less grease etc).
I have the full body ghost armor on my Droid. I am still on the fence about it though, some of the corners were not done very well on it, the whole thing has an almost rubbery feel now and the edges feel sharper where the protectors were applied, also if I turn it into the light I can see a few depressions in the screen protector already. However there is definitely peace of mind at knowing you have the protection there. I dropped my phone on asphalt for the first time since I had the ghost armor on installed and you can definitely tell where it landed, the armor is pretty chewed up in those areas
im VERY on the fence about mine, i had to get mine redone TWICE, i just have the screen protector, im very cautious as its my first smart phone and i LOVE IT lol, i agree with the rubbery feel, dont really like it, it had a screen protector on it when i bought the phone but i was what would it hurt, and got the ghost armor, i think i liked the original better but dont know what it was
I put mine on with no problems. The issue I had is that no matter what, the edges are still a little bit sticky and over time, dirt starts to build up around just about every edge except for my screen and the battery sticker. I think that it's still better than nothing and I could place my Droid on any surface with the peace of mind that it wouldn't scratch. I have since taken it off and gone with a Sedio case. It bugged me too much that I had to use my nail to constantly clean the dirt off from around the edges.
I am thinking very seriously about changing to something different, is the Sedio case like a clear screen protector? i really dont wanna put a bulky case on my phone
No the Sedio is actually a case that goes around it. I know that there's an entire thread about it in the accessories section if you want to see pics. I had the same feeling about you and didn't want anything to add bulk but the sedio is actually pretty nice. Of course it does add some bulk but the fit is so good that it looks like that it's actually part of the phone.
+1 for the Seidio Innocase and their customer service department. I had a case on the 1st Droid I had and had to return the phone for a warranty issue. The replacement phone I received was a bit smaller and the front piece of the case was loose on the new phone. The company sent me another front piece that fits fine.
i liked the ghost armour when i first got it, but after a while lint and dust and whatnot starts to accumulate on the edges of the ghost armor. The phone just didnt feel right in my hands after i put the ghost armor on. Ended up peeling it off piece by piece over a period of about a month. My DROID has been naked ever since and still havent dropped it. If i were to get it again i would only get the screen protector and not the full body.
+1 for the Seidio Innocase... By far the best.. I've had body glove, then I got the armor that completely protects it.. Then I bought a thin protector from Verizon, then I found Seidio's Innocase. I'm tellin ya, its not bulky and it feels really good in your hand..
I have applied the screen protector and noticed I have 2 places where there is dust under the screen protector. Can I simply peel it off and try again or would I need a whole new screen protector?
