I have 3 email accounts (POP3) set up on my Droid. Frequently, I will get an audible notification and also a visual notification in the status bar which shows that I have a new email message on one of my accounts. However, when I click on the notification and go to the email account there is no message....the Inbox is empty. I've also tried going directly to the Email app when I get the notification (vs tapping the notification message) and this doesn't seem to make any difference. This doesn't happen all the time...most of the time there are messages in the Inbox and everything is working correctly. This probably occurs on about 2 out of 10 notifications. Is there a ghost in my Droid? :icon_eek:
