Lol well I will be going to stock froyo as I am excited about doing the soak test. I can always come back to anything I want. That's the good part. You can go from gb to froyo. Back to rooted gb.

I just think the fact that it is receiving an OTA is a positive sign. Especially since on this forum and others as well I saw that some were of the opinion that the D2 was dead in the water. Glad to see that's not the case.

well, I for one am excited. I feel like I am the only one out here that hasn't rooted yet so I haven't had the GB experience yet. No, it's not out of fear, I happen to have no real pressing issue to root at this time. Sure, I know that it would run "faster, better, stronger, smoother, cleaner, unbloated, fancier, supercalifragilisticexpialidociously sweeter", but I digress........

FTR, it's in your best interest not to accept /any/ OTA unless you're happy not being rooted.

Personally, adblock alone is enough reason to root.
