It's supposedly going out to select phones STARTING on Friday. From what I've read, the complete roll out will be finished by 06/01.

You need to flash back to stock Froyo to get the OTA. Just search for a how to in this board. I am currently in the process of doing it myself.

The select rollout then full rollout on the 1st is accurate.

On the 1st it is supposed to be available to all phones via software update if not ota.
