Gingerbread Screen Off Animation

Flashed the zip, but nothing happened. Not getting the effect at all. ; ; Might have to do the manual method, but I can't find the folders that the tutorial was trying to have me look for. Was really hoping the zip would work. ><

You all are running rooted GB correct? For all I know this is the same zip, but it worked flawlessly for me.

I got mine done through root explorer earlier today and it works perfectly on the first try. Found a guy on droid-life who recomplied them for the d2 as well as the r2d2 here the link to my other post with all of the info i got hope it helps
