That's a bummer....CS response time is crucial in the situations. It's so often a determining factor (at least for me) and what keeps customers coming back again and again. Hopefully you'll hear something soon. [emoji15]

Hmmm apparently I've used both emails. I was always referred to the site though so I'm pretty sure it's the one you used. Wonder why they're taking so long to respond, they never took more than 24hrs to respond to me.

Very surprised they haven't responded to you. I always spoke so highly of them and recommended their products. Sorry for what you experienced. Hopefully that isn't how they operate now...
 
Well it took a week, but they just responded to my 2nd email this morning. Just replied back with the information they requested. Here's hoping it does not take another week to receive.
