gmail and "Reply" & "Reply All" problem

is anyone having problems w gmail reply and reply all buttons? whenever i open up an email..90% of the time when i hit reply or reply all i get no feedback..i have to hit it 2-3 times to open up a reply email..this has happened to my first incredible and also my brand new replacement. anyone else? wondering if its a software issue.

Mine does the exact same thing, I hadn't put too much thought into it, I would assume it is software related.
