Then the only issue I have is I think the read and read colors should be reversed...
That sounds easier to understand that it reads ;-)

yeah, but all of that is set in the smali files. the only change that can be made in the xmls is for the read background...

I am not 100% sure, You can give it a try, it is an update.zip. Just make a backup and if it doesn't you just restore back... no harm no foul...

After several requests to change the read background color, I have darkened it considerably but not black, there is no way to tell the difference in new and old messages if all backgrounds are black... but it is only a VERY slight difference.....

This installs to /system. If you have trouble installing over your current version, just delete that one and then flash my zip....

Fixed to better show difference for read and unread messages... there is a clear difference now, for some reason the pic doesn't show it?? Trust me, its good now.....

This has been confirmed to work on the DINC....

I am a noob and nees some help. I downloaded the zip and went into clockwork to install the zip but when I boot up nothing happens. Am I missing something?

Sorry guys, the only edit in the app is for read background, the rest is controlled by smali.... and that is a whole 'nother world!!

So there is no edit for the font on the new email either? Would be good in another colour
