Gmail not syncing

My gmail won't refresh or sync. It keeps giving me the orange triangle with exclamation mark in it. I've deleted it and re added it and it still not working any ideas of what it could be.

I just ended up wiping my phone for the 400th time this week lol. All is back to normal. I couldnt find anything that could solve the problem.

Go to your "My Accounts" app tap Gmail and insure you have the green checkn marks set for Sync Contacts and Sync Gmail. Other than that I have no idea other than to go to the market and download a fresh Gmail app after you delete the one you are using at the moment.
