GMail syncing Question

Hi all!

For the past two nights, I have gotten an email in my Gmail. Both times I have had to refresh my gmail on my droid for me to GET the email.

Is anyone else having this problem? It seems to be fine during the day.

Hello! I have the Gmail sync problem on my Droid X as well. The only exception is the problem occurs 24/7. It's been this way for about a month. Big frustration I have is my friend with a Droid X has never had this problem.

I've tried different settings with no success.

You should be able to clear your cache for the GMail app. Often this fixes syncing issues.


Go to Settings->Applications->Manage applications
Open Gmail Storage and "Clear data"
Then open Gmail and "Clear cache"
