I can give u an update now. I just UPGRADED from a Storm 2 and I can tell you now the blackberry doesn't even compare! I also had a Pearl, the apps blow for bb's. Good luck to the original poster!!

My father was told he could not get an Android phone for his new job, it had to be a BlackBerry. I borrowed his new BB Bold (i think that was the model) for about 3 days to learn how it works so I could teach him. You know how the old folks are with technology. I have to say that BlackBerry was the least impressive phone I have tried in a long time. the UI is so annoying and just the way things are laid out really got on my nerves. Ohhh, and by the way, he showed up for his first meeting and what phone did the head of the company take out of his pocket... but a Droid X... (my dad wanted to get a droid like mine instead but was told he cant, stupid company people)

That being said, I am sad to lose a good Luna Theme fan haha... but I have no doubt you will come back to Android within a few months, or maybe days if you saw things how I did with the BB world. Ew.

this is to all of the droid community wanted to say goodbye yesterday i traded my D1 for a bb and will have it for a year so i want to thank everyone for helping and all the great admins and mods who helped i will be back and enjoyed every second here thanks
