It sounds like Google is rolling out some more cool new functionality to the Google Home speakers / Assistant. Things like:

* Broadcast from your phone when away from home and the broadcast is played over all Home devices. Anyone in the house can then reply.

* Setting your phone to silence using voice commands through your Home device (sounds like this will only work on Pixel 3 phones at first)

* Character voice alarms

* Other new functionality to alarms, podcasts, audio books, etc.

It looks like Google has started rolling out some more new functionality for the Home, Home Mini and Home Hub smart speakers. Things like the Pretty Please feature, Assistant notes and lists integration, Broadcast Replies, and visual lyrics (for the Home Hub).
