It's a pretty good update if I do say so myself. I have been using the keyboard since...I believe when I had the 1st gen Moto X. The number row I have seen come up during certain text inputs which is super convenient, especially for passwords.

Not one tap, but long press. Enable the long press for symbols in settings if you have the latest version. It's on the c.
