Google Search Bar Problem

The search bar on the main page works sometimes; however, many times it shows partial letters. When I back space to remove them they won't go away. When I turn off my phone then back on they are still there in partial form.

This happens with some of the programs also.

Then for no apparent reason they are gone.

Any ideas?

Having the same problem with my phone and my husband's phone. Looked on the internet, this is the only place anyone mentioned having the same problem. Would love an answer!

Just long press on it and drag it to the trash can at the bottom of your screen.
