As stated above this is not an invite thread. We have two threads for that. This is a simple discussion about google+, so let's keep the invite discussion out of it.

I wouldn't say they are getting slammed about it. It is just ignorant people that don't know how to rate apps. It happens with all apps. If something is not to their liking it becomes a 1 star. How can you rate an app if you have not even used it? I think Google+ will be just fine. They just had to close the invites down the other day because they had too many people joining.
