GSyncIt, Moving to Exchange

I have a couple clients using GSyncIt and they will be moving over to an Exchange Server this weekend.

Should they clear out the Google database and stop the GSyncit service to avoid duplications on the exchange server?

Not sure. Have you checked with your IT folks to see if they have any recommendations and if they have backups that can be used to restore should something go South.
