I'm an old Assembly/C/C++ developer, mostly on Windows platforms. Done some linux work and getting accustomed to the Android OS. I was in charge of many engineers at DTN (Data Transmission Network) before leaving. Many of you have seen my work on the Interstate with the "Weather" maps at the rest stops. A lot of that work is mine. I've done a lot of work with the streaming quotes/stocks also. Done some work for Nexterna (no longer in business, and formerly known as AMCI and a subsidiary of UPRR).

Run solo now, running my own PC repair business. I've NEVER had a virus I couldn't track down. If someone tells you they need to wipe out your machine, don't pay them and tell them to take a leap.

I consider myself a methodical, safe developer. I'm not a rapid programmer who spits out lines of unorganized code. I believe in solid, modular code, with error handling capability, and a lot of debugging capability. If you want it fast, don't ask me.

I'm joining up because I want to share an experience with how I bricked my Rezound (at least I believe it is bricked). I'll start a new thread for that. I've researched for days on the main forums, and tried countless unlocking/relocking, flashing images to ./system/, ./boot/, ./recovery/, using various versions all to no avail. For more info, check out my post.
