Has anyone noticed that the camera isn't shooting 8MP?

I don't know if it's because I'm using the ICS leak RUU (I don't remember if this happened on GB), but when 8M is selected in the camera, the resolution is stated as 3264 x 1840, which is only 6MP (3264px*1840px = 6,005,760px)

I had the same issue. The option to take pictures in widescreen mode must be checked on your phone. if you un-check widescreen, your phone will start taking pictures at 7,990,272 (3264x2448). Hope this helps.

I see. Their version of "widescreen" is cropping.
