HDMI connection issues

I cannot connect my DX to my TV. It gives me an error message. HDMI cable not connected. Any suggestions? HELP!!

I purchased it at the verizon store. I called tech support today and they could not help at all. They wanted me to reset the device.

Are you using a dock, or the phone directly connected to the cable?

Just hooked mine up and it works good the only thing is the video is choppy somewhat.

2. Is this the first time you are trying to connect with HDMI?


I have a Toshiba Regza 32AV615DB that will not connect to my DX. The TV connects fine to my PS3 and Blu Ray player just fine. I can run into the living room and connect the DX to my Phillips without any problems.
