Hi gang longtime computer guy but new to the Droid scene. I have already rooted running bugless beast 1.1 overclocked to 800 with Nexus theme just to get my feet wet. Really look forward to learning more and I hope that I can add to this great forum.

Welcome to the forums, always glad to see more people getting the moto droid, now that the incredible came out a lot of people seem to be falling for the HTC scam, high tech crap in my opinion.

If you really want the phone to be quick, throw froyo on there.

welcome to the site...... have fun search around. been rooted for just about 2 months and have changed roms about 6 or 7 times, just trying tofind it and its an addiction!

Drivin, go with the P3 froyo rom, you won't regret it.

Probably will try froyo next but I want to figure out how to back up my system as it is so I can switch back an forth to try the two roms out.dancedroid
