Help! Being hacked!

Bf's ex knows everything about my phone due to the fact it used to be his old phone. He says its not possible but he does have a vpn and now I believe she is erasing my pictures and stuff. Is this possible and how to block her from invading our lives. Deperate to get my life back. I'm being digitally violated.

Hello, it would help to know what kind of phone you have... but the only thing I can think of would be if she had installed spyware on the phone when she was with your bf... idk...

or your phone is just deleting contacts and media. My phone does that it seem after each refurbished replacement I got. I seem to lose data I had saved.

I have a LG droid.. the optimus elite phone. I did a factory reset on everything. Is it possible for her to go in via IP address? Is there some kind of app I can install to protect? Thanks for all your help.
