HELP!! Bootloader 2c.7c code corrupt battery low cannot program

The person that is putting it on my phone. Said he has all that for the stock and it seems to already have it he said but he will try it again is there another way without having to root it. All I want is to be able to have phone restored with the right format. It just says battery good ready to program with black grounjd behind it

I apologize if my prior post wasn't clear enough (I haven't had the best sleep lately). Those are all the hoops you -- or your friend, since someone else is doing it for you -- will have to jump through to get your phone working and stock all in one go. Rooting might actually have been easier for you at this point in time, interestingly enough.

Did your friend tell you what errors he ran into while doing this procedure? They would be EXTREMELY helpful in diagnosing what we can do to fix.

Also, follow teddy's suggestion. It's amazing how often that fixes things.
