Help me remember the name of this app...

I remember browsing the market and found an app that lets you snap a photo of a location or object, edit the photo (such as tag up the wall or graffiti it or something), and then post it to the application with a geotag. Then when someone else with the app passess by the location, they see your graffiti, tag, message or whatever on their phone.

I can't remember the name of it for the life of me. Anyone seen anything like this in the market?

I saw that one when I was searching for the lost app...but that's not it. The one I saw before let you take a picture...for instance of my friends house...and let me paint and draw and type on the picture and then upload it. And when my friend came back to his house his phone would show him the front of his house with my graffiti or whatever on it
