Ah... I'm not experienced enough to give you an answer to that. You could try just wipeing the cache & then rebooting... considering you havn't already wiped the data.

If that doesn't work you could flash sbf, or hope somebody that knows what they're talking about gets on here lol.

Just .sbf. If you're not on the leak it's simple and efficient. I have a comprehensive tutorial in my signature.

thanks that sbf link brought me back to life....I am new at this and am going to try and flash a custom rom again. any suggestions

Make sure you have a backup. Just make sure you follow the devs instructions for installing. I use the rom rubix 1.8.9
