Help plz- galaxy s3 flash player!!!!!!!!!

So I just got my galaxy s3 after being a faithful iphone user for 5 yrs I'm totally in love with this phone, but my complaint is with the flash player!!!! I cant watch certain movies & vids online all I get is the little blue lego with the question mark on it is there anything I can do? Is there an altetnative to Adobe bc I tried getting it and I can't
