Check the market for flash player 11. Or I believe u can go to adobe.com and download it.

Adobe Flash Player is no longer available in the Google Play Store as Adobe has dropped all support and pulled it.

They are still patching it to fix security holes....but you'll have to get it from the Adobe website and "sideload" it.

Archived Flash Player versionscroll down to the "Flash Player for Android 4.0 archives" and grab....

They update it every so often so you'll need to check the main link to grab the next newest version when it's posted.

I downloaded flash and it installed successfully however when I try to access Pandora it says flash is required I tried both on stock and on dolphin browser does anybody have any suggestions

Did not know Pandora requires flash on a smartphone, I doubt very much that it does.
