Help with contacts

My contacts some how switched the way the names are displayed to their last names first. How can I switch it back so their first names are first?

My contacts some how switched the way the names are displayed to their last names first. How can I switch it back so their first names are first?

The only way is to go into google export contacts to csv, switch them there and re sync. Happens all the time customers will call in and want the sort order flipped.
