Help with dictation / spelling box location in texting

Im used to my dictation/ spelling suggestion box appearing over the top of my tx message box. well last nite something happened not sure what i did but the box is now appearing under the tx box at the bottom of the screen. i would like it the other , how do i change it back

Have you tried long-clicking and dragging?
