Help with going back to S-ON yes I read the Clockwork Instructions

Hi I am getting kind of confused to go back to S-ON do I need to flash the .ZIP through clockwork and then flash it through HBOOT as update.zip or just one of those?Please help ASAP!

Depends on what radio you're currently running. Go to menu-->settings-->about phone--> software information and tell us what it says under Baseband version.
