Help with language thunderbolt phone

i need help please
how can i ADD arabic language to my Thanderbolt android 2.2.1

Go to Settings>language&Keyboard>change...there is a bunch of different languages listed there. I don't know if Arabic is listed as some have symbols I don't recognize.
