I believe that is the model, and with Metro PCS.
Here's the scoop. A friend of 30 years expectantly passed last week and I'm trying to get some info, pics and such off his phone for his GF but there is a PIN lock screen. I can't get to anything when plugged in to a computer and I tried the Device manager workaround but that doesn't do it either. There's no death cert yet, which I'd need if I was to try and get in to his Metro account, but I don't know if that would even help.
There's no "Forgot PAssword" option on the home screen, so I'm out of options as far as I know.
I can't figure out how to get in to Android recovery menu, if there even is one, and if there is, if it would even be helpful.
Any ideas short of paying for an app???
