help with voicemail icon

It stays on over the contact's and wont go away. How do i get it taken off. the phone is stock and has not been rooted.

Not sure what you are saying here. If you moved it from your app drawer to a home screen and the icon is over the icon of your contacts icon, that is odd. I can not make it happen on my phone.

Regardless, touch the combo untill you hear a buzz and drag them to the app drawer icon, they should turn red then release them and they will be off your home screen and back in the app drawer.

Then start over and put them back where you want them on a home screen.

no the icon stays over the contact icon on the bottom right. it moves to every screen. It does not go away. i thought maybe if i put the voicemail icon on one of the screens. thought that would take care of it, but it did not.
