so i just rooted my phone and changed the theme and everything seemed to go okay but than when it turned on and i unlocked it a sorry! message came up to foreclose the voice commands and when i hit forclose it repeatidly comes up...any idea's on how to make it go away cuz i can't do ANYTHING on my phone?

Did you make a backup before you flashed the theme?

If so I would suggest flashing that and you could even try a data reset in recovery first.

Ya you're going to have to do everything in recovery or custom recovery.

To boot in to recovery pull your battery and hold down the home button down, while holding the home button press and hold the power button, when the boot logo shows up let go of the power button but keep holding the home button. Eventually you will see an exclamation point, press the search button and you will be in stock recovery.

Yes I would try that first before we get to more drastic measures.

it was a blue something im not sure what it is called i got it off here, i used rom manager and than the bootswiper thing and yeah i did a few backups before i did anything

Ok let's try to get you in to custom recovery to flash that backup. Pull the batt and leave it out for a few secs. Plug the phone in to a wall charger for about 30 secs until the charging screen pops up. Then press and hold the power button. If bootstrap worked you should boot in to cm recovery.
