Heywire and text me App

Hi I wanted to no anyone using these apps no how to receive pics from them I can send all the pics I want but when someone send a pic to me I never get it am I doing something wrong or don't have it set right

Check the settings in the app and see if it's set to download over WiFi only.

Checked both apps nothing has to do with wifi this is driving me crazy

Yes my main number works just fine but I use the others to talk n send pics that I don't want to have my main its just those two app

Guess this is yet another dead post of mines time to upgrade phones maybe I will get help then
