If u can't send pics on txt msgs try downloading HISURFING market app and restoring APN. I then sent a dual pic msg to my phone and my email simultaneously. I also adjusted image size to 1mp.
It worked. It also worked on larger pics. Not sure what issue was but think Hisurf fixed it.
