Holy Finishing Touches Batman, it's Sapphire 1.0

Well, I've been on Cyanogen for a long, long time. I've kept an eye on this ROM from the beginning and I continue to hear great things about it. With this release, it's finally time for me to make the switch.

Too bad my battery is currently too low to flash and I won't be home for a few more hours :(

I look forward to trying it out though. Thanks for all the hard work, guys.

Grrr...stuck @ the dreaded "M" logo after flashing. Tried to redownload and flash again...flashed a slower kernal (originally tried 1320 ;) ) What to do now?

Edit: After the 3rd battery pull it's to the Gem bootanimation...fingers crossed!

Nice....now I can really work on my new theme....Thanks!

Will port Golden Elegance tonight....

I'm getting there. A few initial snags for me but I think I'm on the right track now. :) Apps are all reinstalling from the market as I type.

I don't know what happened... I wiped data and cache, but when it loaded it didn't ask me to sign into my google account, and even worse... no market.. going to rewipe and reinstall..

stupid me.. gapps aren't included... fixing..

You have to install the google apps separately. They're on the same page of the wiki- i think right below the main update download.

@tlippert: No wait!! The team had to remove all of the google apps for legal reasons i believe. Go on the Sapphire site and download the google app update.zip and flash it. That should fix your problem :)
