I didn't have any reboot issues when I was stock, but after the update I was getting almost constant force closes. I rooted on Sunday and am now running bamf remix, I no longer get the force closes, but I am now getting 4-5 reboots a day. *sigh*
Is the reboot from heat related you think, mine did twice in one day while navigation mode, temp was 107 . So is the solution to take it back and get a new one?
I flashed this radio "1.13.605.7 CDMA and 1.12.605.6 LTE radio
CDMA Radio version: 1.16.00.0402w_1" from this thread [RADIO] The Obligatory Thunderbolt Radio Thread - xda-developers and haven't had any reboots in 2 weeks. You shouldn't have to do this, but it can save some sanity. Dealing with Verizon can be a pain.
After flashing the leaked update I was getting 2-3 random reboots a day. I tried everything but only flashing back to stock and starting over from scratch fixed the issue. Not even doing a clockwork restore to before the update helped. I had to flash the stock image and re-root from scratch, then thankfully Titanium got me back to where I was with little further effort. So no fixed audio during video recording, or microphone during calls while headphones are plugged in, or any of the other fixes for me. Not right now anyway.
Before update it rebooted once or twice a month, more apps added, more I worked the system, the more it reboot, I just blame it on it being a small computer that boots itself to recover its resources, once back up works better, updates seem to show up that weren't there before the reboot, so, no big deal, I can wait a minute, if a update does come out in a month, great.
Not sure if anyone else's phone does this, but when my phone randomly reboots, (which is about 5-10 times a day), there is no Thunderbolt start up sound. When I reboot the phone manually, (which I sometimes have to do because there is no data connection after it reboots randomly), I always hear the Thunderbolt start up sound.
I had this issue on stock. When I flashed Das Bamf it went away somewhat. Clearing the dalvik cache every now and then seems to keep it from happening.
