Hot sauce's

My favorite right now is Trader Joe's Jalapeño Hot Sauce.
Then again it only lasts about 12 day on just my eggs.
@BnB - Ghost Peppers: 800k - 1000k on the Scoville scale that's really freaking hot. What do you use it on?

Just for fun...

Scoville scale - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

And when I make salsa at home I toss in one habanero pepper. From a flavor point of view it adds a fruitiness that is spectacular in the whole mess AND the heat replaces a lot of those nasty grocery-store hot peppers so I can replace with beautiful red and yellow bells.

However, the last time I cut up the peppers my FINGERS burned for days afterward and, well, even after washing my hands my first trip to the bathroom wasn't fun.

I have a collection of hot sauces, I guess its kind of an obsession. Some of my favorites are:

  • Melinda's habenero sauce - nice heat, carrot base, so it doesnt burn later
  • Nando's Chickenland Peri-peri sauce- any flavor medium or hotter. Has a unique flavor.
  • Louisiana brand (Believe it or not!)- Their chipotle and Firey Habenero are excellent
  • Pigs Foot BBQ Sauce- Be careful, a little bit will hurt!
  • SpontaneousCombustion- Liquid Capsaicin, the only hot sauce I couldn't eat
