Hotspot network ping

Hello

I wish find out if there is a trick with android lg g6 to ping with Hotspot in the direction lg G6 to pc example LG G6 ip 192.168.43.1 and the pc connects in Hotspot ip 192.168.43.194
the ping works fine from PC 192.168.43.194 to 192.168.43.1 (from PC ping 192.168.43.1)

but if I ping from LG G6 ip 192.168.43.1 to PC 192.168.43.194 (from LG G6 ping 192.168.43.194) it doesn't work

LG G6 ping 192.168.43.1 only

Why ?
Does root work?

Do you have an idea ?

Welcome to the forum. You just want to know if you have root? Any terminal app from the Play Store will work, and all you need to do is open it and enter the word "su" (without the quotes) and hit return, if your login prompt changes from $ to #, you have root.
