How do I get the new Android Market on my Droid?

hahaha... yeah my daughter hasn't rooted either, she's been happy with how it runs as is so she feels no reason to root. BTW, her unrooted Droid Market version is at 2.2.11

I am jealous of her Market!

I recently did some updates on an Archos 101 and installed all the Google apps (Archos doesn't include the market, but uses its own crappy version). The APK is downloadable from an official Google/Android site, though I can't remember the URL. I DO remember it took about 3min of Google searching to find it, and no rooting or crashing was involved. Just straight forward missionary install
