How send SMS from iPhone to turbo2 over wifi

Actually, I believe pictures won't send over wifi either... but also need a data plan when using stock messaging apps.

Well that explains why, when I'm home on wifi (but also with data turned on), most of the time my picture messages won't send unless I switch to iMessage.
