How to block sms or unwanted calls?

Formally had an LG Dare which had an option to block all calls/sms from anyone who wasn't in my contacts list. Is there an app that allows for this exact configuration?

I'm shocked that this isn't a stock option, as it is on many other phones.

Many apps I've come across only block specific numbers, however Im looking for an app that can block ALL numbers not identified in my contacts.

Anyone know of any app that does this?
