how to copy/paste in forums

how does one go about copying and pasting in a forum? I see some users copy a portion of a previous post to answer.

Secondary question(s) how can you copy / paste on the droid and also how can I get a screen shot...

to copy and paste in here, on the lower right side of each post are 3 little boxes. quote, quote+, reply. if you click quote it will copy that post and put it in your reply to copy and paste on droid, long press the text you want to copy and a menu comes up with several options including copy, then go to where you want to paste and long press again and bam, your done!
