If you have purchased a new phone recently such as the HTC One M8, you may have been confused about where to put your current sim. I have always found it most convenient to order phones online and just swap my sim card into the new device once it arrives rather than inserting the new sim and calling to have my phone activated with the new sim. This can also save a lot of hassel if you are trying to keep a grandfathered plan. If you currently have a micro sim you won't be able to make the swap without first modifying your sim. You could run your device to the store and they will give you the correct sim, or you could just cut your current sim card. Max shows us how to cut our micro sim into a nano sim in the video above.
