How to include/exclude pics from slide show?

I have a Droid 1, 2.2. How do I include or exclude photos from a slide show, both while docked and undocked? I don't see why I'd want all of my icons, still shots of the first frame of videos, and other random stuff to appear in a slide show! Maybe there is a good app for this?
