How To Transfer From GPS to Droid

I have a TomTom GPS and want to transfer all of my favorite locations to the Google Navigation.

Is that possible? If so, I'd appreciate info.

you can put them in google maps on pc as starred and they will pop up on maps in the droid under menu starred items.

Go to Layers --> More layers --> My Maps-> All your Stuff that you save on PC while being logged in to Google will be available in there
