How to turn off suggestions?

How can I disable suggestions over the keyboard when typing stuff in?

Like in the screenshot it's suggesting fly Allen and fly fishing

If you are using the GBOARD keyboard I believe it's burried deep in Language Settings. Language & Input > Virtual Keyboard > GBoard > Text Correction. I think one of those On/Off sliders controls what you are looking for.

Found it thanks! Mine is actually a predictive text slider but in the same place you suggested
